About Our Services
DNA provides freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and the SAMMIE visibility platform. The Site offers general information and lets you request quotes, demos, and support. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, rate quote, or contract for transportation, which are governed by separate written agreements and applicable tariffs.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt unauthorized access to any system; scrape, harvest, or misuse data; upload malicious code; or use the Site to infringe the rights of others.
Form Submissions and Accuracy
When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and not to impersonate any person or entity. Submitting a form does not create a contract for services; our team will follow up regarding next steps. Information you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the “SAMMIE” and “DNA Supply Chain Solutions” names and marks, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to DNA and protected by intellectual-property laws. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
These terms govern the SMS service provided by DNA. By subscribing, you consent to these terms.
- Opt-in. To subscribe, you provide your mobile number to DNA by verbal agreement, an inbound message, a form, or direct communication with our team.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies by conversation; you should expect up to 1 to 2 messages per week.
- Charges. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier. DNA is not liable for carrier-incurred charges.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. We will promptly stop sending messages upon receipt of your opt-out request.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not register for the service.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses third-party services (including Google, HubSpot, and RB2B) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
